My practice encompasses a variety of experimental processes that animate both natural and constructed environments, seeking to form connections between culture, nature and place. I am concerned with how physical, tactile interactions in nature can shape our inner experiences and understanding of the world. I currently live and work in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada.

Fire Season at Arnica Artist Run Centre

This is new work from an exhibition I am in at Arnica Artist Run Centre in Kamloops, British Columbia. The first work was made by collecting plants and a stone from a walk in the Kamloops grasslands. The second work, Entropy, was made by collecting driftwood along the Oldman river of Lethbridge Alberta. The driftwood was then drilled, charred in a fire and sanded. The show runs from June 21 - August 3.
